Philosophy of the PRIME Lab

The PRIME Lab believes welcoming people from all backgrounds and creating an environment conducive to their success is both a moral imperative and a strategic advantage. All people, regardless of background, creed, race, socioeconomic status, etc., deserve a supportive environment in which to grow skills and contribute to the knowledge enterprise. A breadth of perspectives and skills in the lab is also a major advantage, because it more effectively solves challenging problems that are worth tackling.

The PRIME Lab works to benefit society by:

Our lab seeks to do all of our work with our core values in mind. These values are meant to represent shared values between all of those in the lab, and are periodically updated.
